Are You Living Your Best Life
We hear it - over and over again. Do this, do that, you can only have success if.... But, what if what we really need to do is sit, get quiet, and listen for a minute.
As a life coach, I've seen women (and some enlightened men) be willing to do the hard work for becoming the best version of themselves and live their best life. It's asking the tough questions, processing the sometimes very uncomfortable or painful answers and taking the next step.
I encourage you to take a time-out - even if it's for only an hour, a just BE. Be still. Be quiet. Then once centered, answer these questions...
What is your heart telling you?
What feels out of alignment?
What needs to be awakened?
What needs to be let go?
Answer the questions in a journal. I love hot-penning - where you take the question, put your pen to paper and don't stop dumping until you are empty, or at minimum 10 minutes.
When you begin to get really honest with yourself, asking and answering the tough questions, change will begin to occur. Transformation will happen. But it's not wishing it to go away or life to get better - it's doing the work that only you can do and watching yourself bloom.
