Then using the 4Ds, review what you spent your time doing and what needs to change to be more effective. 

To further refine workflows, use the 4T Framework—Trash, Trim, Transfer, and Treasure. This process helps eliminate unnecessary tasks, streamline essential ones, and delegate effectively, freeing up time for high-level strategy and business development.
