Sue's passion for baking began when, as a little girl, she would watch her grandma Mollie create heavenly desserts from simple, wholesome ingredients. Her family and friends would get together for what they called coffee and… The “and” meant something really wonderful that Mollie had just baked.

She is the inspiration for Mollie B’s Cookies. Using her grandma’s philosophy, she had taken some of her old recipes, added a few embellishments of her own, and created some new desserts for you to make memories of your own.
