Unapologetic Shifts

Have you ever felt called into something and then stopped because, well… you thought someone wouldn’t like it, or like you or?!

In my 30+ years of entrepreneurialism, I have probably listened to the negative-nelly on this more times than I should. I’ve felt called, nudged, prompted and on purpose when I have listened to that whisper of where to go and what to do. As the YES I CAN Coach, I firmly believe we should follow our dreams and live our best life with purpose - and yet, I’ve gotten caught up in the fear of the “what if” a few times in my life.

A couple years ago, I began hosting The Divine YES retreats. While I am Christian and believe in God, I knew these programs were not meant to be only for Christian women - but for those who did believe in a Higher Power and wanted to explore their faith in a safe space. But as things progressed (or didn’t), I ended up stepping back to coaching business and marketing without the spiritual side included. Why? Because of the negative-nelly (or something else) in my head.

The “call” or “nudge” has gotten much louder. Opportunities, circumstances and the awareness of it have placed me in a space of creating some new programs that include…

  • Invited to the Table - an overnight retreat for women of faith to explore and take a deep dive into their mission, purpose and why

  • Called to the Table - monthly gatherings for faith-fueled women in business to explore life and business challenges

  • Seated at the Table - a high-level group program of up to 12 faith-filled women who are dedicated to growth and support

  • The Table - a Facebook group for those who aren’t ready to full jump in, but want to wait and watch

Why a Table?

While I’m not exactly sure what I’m being called in to, I know it is a call. The table is a gathering place - for family, friends, business associates and more - and to me represents a coming together to share ideas, collaborate, celebrate one another, have the hard conversations, and typically, share a meal.

The table is also a reflection of a greater purpose, reminding us that we each have a place to sit.

That is why I’ve created these programs with The Table being the focus.

You are invited - to pull a seat up at the TABLE. Whether it's the overnight retreats, the monthly Table Gatherings or just listening and watching in the Facebook group, your seat is waiting and all are welcome!
